Inna Benkowski, the receptionist at the therapy organization Lawley works at, is one of the most mysterious residents of Mikasi Nebraska. She is very unemotional and indifferent to everything around her, including Document Highway and the ammount of crimes that have to do with the residents of Mikasi. She hates Sean because she thinks he is too much for Lawley and thinks that Lawley will be killed by him. She is constantly warning Lawley and constantly hovering over his shoulder when Sean is in the office to make sure hes not getting pulled into anything dangerous.

Likes: Being correct, reading, old noir films, things that Sean describe as "boring", stalking people, biology, eating at the country club, Lawley (sometimes... Only when Lawley is doing what Inna wants. Really, this is because Inna really does worry about Lawley, and probably knows more about Lawley than Lawley knows about himself)

Dislikes: Annoying people, people who speak too slowly, people who speak too loud on the phone, really a lot of people, Sean, Evan, the sounds of fireworks and the smoke that lingers in the air, when she yells at Lawley and gets overstimulated and shuts down, heavy buisness days

The reason why Inna has that face is because of Lawley's warped perception of her, due to him not being able to look Inna in the eye. He filled in the blanks of what he thought Inna looked like, which is something much less human. Others, like Sean and Daisy, see her as an actual human, but in Lawley's mind, this is what she looks like. This explains why her feet look human, because Lawley often stares at the ground when talking to her.
