GIMMEL THE CAMMEL

Gimmel is the third letter of the Hebrew Alphabet and make up a miniscule 0.7% of the Consonant population, although this information may not be completely true as most of them are very vagabond and probably wouldn't participate in census forms if they were begged. Gimmel in Hebrew loosely translates to “camel” in English. As mentioned before, Gimmel are very voyage-oriented and are very partial to riding alone. Gimmel live in Channel 3, which is very very close to the sun. It is very warm and desert-like there. Gimmel specialize in camel magic (the bringing of blessings and medicinal ingredients), and use camels to travel. Gimmel are very camel like themselves, as they have very big eyelashes to keep the sands away. They don’t use mind-to-matter magic as often as other Consonants due to their small population, but when they do, they write with brushes made from camel eyelashes on stretched camel pelt.
